photograph: the rain can fall, only when it's over our heads

Throughout my blogging experience I've found that when I'm in a bad mood, my photos reflect it. While I usually thrive for cloudy/rainy days, today was just not my day, especially with my headache. Enter photo taking session, leave with photos that I am not proud of and that don't capture the outfit correctly.

Nonetheless, I did smile once near the end. :)

Soft browns paired with black were my elementary school rainy day colours. I remember walking from the car to the school doors trying not to splash my khaki pants and get them dirty. Actually, I don't know why, but I've noticed lots of people opt for light bottoms on rainy days, rather weird since you'd think they would want to wear darker tones to prevent dirty water droplets from making a visit. Although I suppose dark days call for light tones to bring some light.
