I feel like my jewelry adds a little buddhist feeling to everything. I went to a Catholic high school so we had to take one religion class each year. In grade 11 we studied world religions and one was buddhism. I absolutely loved learning about it, especially about how it's the only religion in the world over which there have been no wars. I feel like that was somehow my inspiration for this outfit. The white skirt represents peace to me I suppose; just the way it flows and blows in the breeze.

buddha's delight
I remember when prairie skirts were extremely popular and it seemed that every single girl had one. I myself have a couple, as well as my mom. I pulled this out the other day and decided to try styling it once again.
