you can't walk through brick walls

I took these pictures 2 days ago, but I haven't been able to take more because I had a tetanus shot on Monday, and now my left arm is in pain and it really hurts to move. Plus I have way too much homework. Tomorrow is my last day before spring break, and I'm very excited.

The dress that I'm wearing used to be something I used to wear when playing dress up. I never thought I'd actually wear it in public, but the other day I uncovered it in my closet, tried it on, and I loved it. It looks kinda weird over my really baggy American Apparel shirt because the shirt causes the dress to kind of bunch up, but otherwise I really like. Here's a picture of my very best friend wearing the dress 3 years ago. She had it tied way too high, so the dress appears to be much shorter than it actually is. The picture makes me laugh because it's from the good old webcam days.



On other news, I got the March 2009 issue of Vogue, so I'm really happy. I haven't had a chance to read through it yet, but I'll do that today...well after I finish my homework. I've been feeling behind in the fashion world because of school, but I'm really excited for the upcoming break, as I plan to go places and see things. I really want to see an Opera, in part for the music and also so I can dress up nice, but I don't know any good Opera's playing here. Therefore, I'm going to have to look into that.

I don't know if any of you have seen Confessions of a Shopaholic, but I really want to see it. I looked up the soundtrack and I kind of like these songs:
