Today was a wonderful winter day. There was snow everywhere, but at the same time it wasn't that cold either. Yesterday, while walking across campus I came to realise how magical all the old buildings looked covered in snow. Along one path there was a light post, which reminded me a lot of the light post in Narnia. I must admit that I still believe in magical lands like Narnia; it just makes life so much more magical, being able to imagine that somewhere there is another beautiful world. When I was little I used to search for such lands whenever I went somewhere different...I probably still would if I travelled more.
Do any of you believe in places like Narnia?
On other news, I went to the States a little after boxing day and my dad was very kind to drive to four different Target stores so that I could look for Rodarte for Target clothes. Unfortunately, the two dresses that I really wanted weren't there or they weren't the right size or colour (they were sold out of basically everything since it was right after boxing day). I did get this skirt though; mesh and slips, what can be more perfect? I hope I can go back to the states soon and find the two dresses I wanted.
