This outfit was originally without the cardigan, but when I got home it seemed that the cardigan would feel cozy while watching the rain outside, although after a couple minutes I was overheating. I left it on for the outfit shots though.

let the rain fall down
The weather keeps getting worse, although I think today was the end of the terrible heat we've been having. Throughout the day the heat was unbearable at work, yet on the way home the winds began to rise. The sky darkened as if someone had turned out the sun, and suddenly bolts of lightening began to strike throughout the sky. It got rather frightening I must say. Minutes after I stepped through the door, bullets of water droplets began to fall from the sky, the winds rising to extreme speeds, breaking branches, trees, flowers; anything that stood in the path was in danger. My parents and I watched, thunderstruck, hoping that nothing horrifying would occur, and after about an hour when the winds and rain died down, we were relieved to find that besides a couple destroyed hydrangea bushes, everything else was alright.
